For this project me and my team were tasked with redesigning the AIB mobile banking app. From our user research we found that there was no way to do international transfers through the mobile app, there was also no way to solve a problem within the app, there was also no way to save payees through the app
User personas
Our user personas were based on two university students who were having trouble with the app: David who is an international student trying to send money home an Sarah who is new to banking and is having trouble banking online
Lo Fi prototypes
In our Lo-fi prototype we added an option to add payees through the app we also added the international transfer tile
Hi fi prototypes
In our Hi fi prototype we added colour and a chat bot feature to address user issues within the app
